We recognize that work needs to fit into life. We offer flexible work schedules and work-from-home arrangements. We top up employment insurance maternity leave benefits and offer family leave. We offer an outsourced employee assistance program to provide confidential counselling and information to employees and their immediate family. We support our staff in taking sabbaticals and extended leaves to travel the world, volunteer, or focus on family.

We sponsor our staff in serving their community and pursuing their passion. As a group, we have raised awareness for various causes by supporting annual fundraising initiatives including those for the Heart & Stroke Foundation and Breast Cancer Research.
