Career Development

Our experienced staff include professional engineers, geoscientists, and technologists, many with advanced degrees and more than 20 years of experience. They enjoy sharing their significant knowledge and experience by mentoring and coaching others. We assign a supervisor to each staff member to ensure they work with a variety of experienced staff so they may share in the unique perspective of others and to build on their experiences.

We invest in our employees by providing them with career development opportunities, including education assistance and training. We also provide extensive training in health and safety to ensure our staff have the knowledge to keep themselves and others safe on the job and at home. We have a unique on-the-job training program for new employees, and facilitate ongoing sharing of knowledge and experiences with others.
