Potential liabilities are identified through many avenues including Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments, designated substance and waste surveys and environmental management or compliance audits. We are able to serve a wide range of client needs from small, local issues to large, national portfolio evaluations.

We also work actively with developers and municipalities to evaluate site conditions and to implement practical remedial plans to realize value from underutilized "brownfield" lands. We have designed and implemented a wide range of remedial measures for commercial sites with varying environmental impacts resulting from routine operations, spills, odours and noise.
