We manage a broad range of environmental liabilities for municipal, provincial and federal governments by conducting expert peer reviews, audits, regulatory support, groundwater management, landfill design and approvals, and due diligence property assessments.

We have performed a wide variety of investigations, remediation and audits at various federal facilities including hospitals, lighthouses, marinas, post offices, airports, office buildings, armouries, landfills, various official federal residence properties, correctional institutions and military bases. We prepare liability estimates and FCSAP, NCS and ERE site evaluation worksheets on a regular basis. We have assisted various provinces and municipalities with Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments, water supply evaluations, underground storage tank removals, designated substance surveys, mould assessment and site remediation.
