We provide environmental and engineering services to legal counsel for due diligence, contaminated site management and regulatory compliance. In the course of this work, we evaluate potential air, soil, surface water or groundwater liabilities within the local or regional environmental framework and provides solutions to prevent or manage unacceptable environmental risks.

We routinely provide expert testimony, environmental dispute resolution and litigation support. Much of this work involves evaluating data gaps, data worth and overall completeness of site characterization (including contaminant sources, pathways and receptors).
